Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.  We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments.  Please let us know with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period:

If you provide notice of cancellation of at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a refund of the session fee. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

Cancellation Fee:

The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the session fee refund, if applicable.

Exceptions:

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution.  Please contact us by emailing hello@alignwithalice.com 

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your appointment, please notify us via email or through the booking system as soon as possible. In your cancellation request, please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.

Service provider cancellation or rescheduling request:

We reserve the right to cancel the Services or reschedule them at a mutually convenient time for any reason. If the Services have been cancelled by us and not rescheduled, we will refund the Fees paid for the cancelled portion of the Services. 

Failure to Attend:

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, this will result in forfeiture of the session(s).

Refund Policy

Grounds for Refunds:

If you cancel your appointment within the eligible period and are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund within 2 business days. 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Refunds may be offered based on the following conditions:

  • If a cancellation is made within the designated notice period, a full refund will be offered. 

  • If a cancellation is made outside the designated notice period, a refund will be provided minus a cancellation fee of $100

  • Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposit deductions.

  • If we cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.

Session fees are for my time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.

Where a multi-session package has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue before attending all the sessions, a pro-rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

Refunds for online digital products:

Due to the nature of digital products, any orders received and processed by us for digital products available to be purchased online, has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. Where we send the wrong digital product we will send you the correct digital product and where the link provided to download is not working, we will send you the digital product direct or via a revised link at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

Notice Period:

Clients may be allowed to reschedule their appointments without incurring additional fees provided at least 24 hours notice is given. The rescheduled appointment must be within 4 weeks from the original session date. 

Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100.  

Exceptions:

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered. Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution.

Communication

Acknowledgement:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a session.

Fair and Reasonable:

We believe that the 24 hour notice period provides a fair and reasonable opportunity for us to fill the canceled appointment slot.

By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.

We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur, and we will assess such cases on an individual basis.

Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
