Release & Reclaim is a deeply healing and transformative journey to release the past and reclaim your future.
At the heart of this 4 week journey is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a unique modality that uses hypnosis to work with the wisdom and insight of your subconscious mind. Through deep healing and subconscious reprogramming, you’ll finally free yourself from old wounds, fears, and limitations so that you can step into a future that feels like home.
You’re self-aware, you’ve done the mindset work, read the books, tried talk therapy, but deep down, you still feel stuck, like there’s something beneath the surface you just can’t quite reach.
You’re exhausted from carrying the past. Old hurts, disappointments and wounds still linger, shaping how you see yourself and what you believe is possible. No matter how much you tell yourself to “move on,” something keeps pulling you back.
You fear the future won’t be any different. A part of you wants to trust that things will work out, but another part worries that no matter how hard you try, nothing will change. You’re caught in a cycle of hope and fear, longing for clarity and confidence.

You’ll start by scheduling an intake session with me where we’ll not only dive into your challenges but also plan ahead and map out your vision and goals.
We’ll schedule your full 2 hour RTT session a few days later. This one session is designed to uncover and release limiting beliefs and reprogram new, supportive and beneficial beliefs that align with your vision.
You’ll receive your very own bespoke hypnosis audio to reprogram the new beliefs unlocked in your session.
Regular checks in and support over email over the coming weeks .
A follow up session 3-4 weeks later to review your progress and make sure you are on the right path moving forward.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), was created by Marisa Peer and is unique in the way it combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience, and neuroplasticity to deliver fast, effective and long-lasting results.
Through Rapid Transformational Therapy we can discover the life experiences (typically from childhood) that have created negative and self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living the life you want. Once you understand the root cause of a particular problem or challenge you are facing, we are then able to rewire and install new beliefs leading to profound healing and incredible change.
Remember…. beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences are linked in a cycle.

RTT is a truly unique modality that offers a structured and comprehensive approach designed to bring about rapid and lasting change.
Here are some key differences between RTT and traditional hypnotherapy or other modalities:
Duration: RTT works quickly while still producing incredibly effective and long-lasting results. In a traditional hypnotherapy or coaching setting, you may attend regular sessions over many weeks, months and years whereas with RTT, we can get to the root cause of your issue quickly and provide tools for rapid change in as little as 1-3 sessions.
Techniques: RTT uses a combination of techniques from various therapeutic modalities, not just hypnosis. This includes regression, which helps clients revisit past experiences to understand the root cause of their issues.
Focus: RTT is highly focused on identifying and resolving the root cause of an issue quickly, whereas traditional hypnotherapy may be more gradual in its approach, often addressing symptoms and behaviors over time.
Interactive: RTT is more interactive and conversational with the therapist guiding the client through the process and using specific language patterns and techniques to facilitate rapid change. Traditional hypnotherapy might be more passive, with clients spending more time in a relaxed, trance-like state.
Outcome: The goal of RTT is to provide rapid, permanent change by reprogramming the subconscious mind. Traditional hypnotherapy also aims to effect change, but the process may be slower and more incremental.

With a background as a midwife and IVF nurse, I also have knowledge and a special interest in fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenthood.

As a midwife and IVF nurse, I know first hand that while pregnancy and birth can be an incredibly happy time, for many it brings its own challenges, worries, fears, anxiety and stress.
Conceiving, pregnancy and birth are so much more than the physiological processes involved.

To begin you’ll be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. During this state we’ll safely revisit at least 3 scenes from your past which have created your current beliefs, thoughts and behaviours. With the perspective of your adult self you’ll see these scenes differently and gain understanding of why you came to be this way. This understanding is so important, because once you understand and know why, you’ll be in a better position to change.
We are then able to upgrade and replace these old beliefs that never served you anyway with new ones that suit you, your goals and your vision for your life. You’ll then receive your very own personalised hypnosis recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days to really solidify the transformation you want to see within yourself.

There is no ‘right’ way to experience hypnosis, in fact it may not feel like you are in hypnosis at all. Sometimes people expect to feel markedly different in hypnosis but this isn’t true for everyone. You can expect to feel relaxed, but you will still be fully awake and not asleep. You will be in control and you will be able to remember the session afterwards. People can often have a big emotional release during hypnosis and tears are common as you process what comes up for you.

You will absolutely have full control! I cannot emphasise this enough… you will never do or say something in hypnosis that your mind doesn’t already want you to do. As opposed to losing control, hypnosis really gives you back control and allows you to harness the power of your own mind.

We always revisit scenes safely and it’s important to remember that if a traumatic scene does come up for you that you are only reviewing the scene, not reliving it. Sometimes it’s helpful to think of the scene playing on a TV or movie screen. Remember that you are in control, you are safe, the event is in the past and that I’m there with you, creating and holding a safe space for you.

All sessions are run virtually over video call. Be reassured that RTT works beautifully online and is just as effective as in person. Plus it allows me to work with clients from all over Australia and the world while you can stay in the comfort of your own home.

An RTT session is typically around 1.5-2 hours.

You will schedule your initial intake session when booking which, depending on availability, can be as soon as you would like to get started. We will then schedule subsequent sessions from here.

Everyone responds differently - you may feel a newfound sense of clarity and energy or you may feel introspective as you process what came up for you. In terms of when you’ll notice change, again everyone is different. You may notice an immediate change in your feelings, behaviours, thoughts and actions or the change may build slowly over the coming days and weeks. And sometimes you don’t notice the change at all as it’s happening, it’s not until you look back that you’ll see how far you’ve come.

Although the session itself offers incredible insight and profound healing, the personalised hypnosis recording is really where you can rewire and install new beliefs that will enable you to live the life you want. There are two key concepts at play here, the first being that the mind learns through repetition and the second that the mind loves what is familiar and hates what is unfamiliar. So by listening to your recording every day for at least 21 days your mind is learning through repetition and you are also making these new positive and supportive beliefs familiar. Most people also find that they truly enjoy listening to their recording as it’s so relaxing and very different from a generic meditation or mindfulness audio track.

You might be wondering why you should to the recording for 21 days?
The truth is that 21 days isn't a magic number or a hard and fast rule.
It is based on some research that it takes 21 days to form a habit. And this is why you’ll see many programs that run for 21 days and a lot of discourse around needing to stick with something for 21 days for it to become automatic.
In reality, the time that it takes to change or form a new habit can vary from person to person. Some research shows that it can be as little as 5 days, with the average being 66 days but for some it can take over 250 days.
So this isn’t to say that you won’t see results before 21 days, or that for others it won’t take longer. But 21 days is achievable and sets a solid foundation for change.
And of course you have lifetime access to your recording so you are more than welcome to continue listening for as long as you need to.

The hypnosis audio recordings are paired with relaxing music that incorporates binaural beats. Binaural beats cause changes in brainwave activity which encourage deeper levels of relaxation and increased receptivity to positive suggestions. Binaural beats are barely noticeable but you may be able to hear them as a slight pulsing sound. To experience the full benefits of binaural beats it is suggested to listen with headphones.

While Rapid Transformational Therapy is designed to produce rapid results in as little as one session, some issues may benefit from more than one session depending on how deep the issue is.
After experiencing the incredible results RTT can bring in one area of your life, you may also decide you would like to have another session on a separate problem.
My goal is for you to reach your goals and our work together is highly personalised to you. If you decide you need or would like to continue working together for additional sessions or on an ongoing or rolling basis this is most definitely possible.
